This is a device that generates functional water with sterilizing effects (mildly acidic hypochlorous acid water). It can disinfect while rinsing. Mildly acidic hypochlorous acid water has various applications, including HACCP, food hygiene management, sterilization, and disinfection. Features of Pure Star Water: 1. Gentle on ingredients Since it is used at a low concentration, it does not compromise flavor or texture, unlike treatment with sodium hypochlorite. 2. Gentle on people With low concentration usage, it has less chlorine odor and is more user-friendly for workers. Additionally, it is gentler on hands compared to sodium hypochlorite or strongly acidic water, reducing skin irritation. 3. Gentle on equipment and devices Unlike sodium hypochlorite, strongly acidic water, or weakly alkaline electrolyzed water, it does not contain sodium in its raw materials, resulting in minimal salt precipitation and reduced corrosiveness. 4. Environmentally friendly Due to its high decomposition capability, it has little impact on drainage systems. Furthermore, it does not produce byproducts such as trihalomethanes, making it environmentally friendly.

It reduces water usage and labor, and because it is used at a low chlorine concentration of 10 to 30 ppm, it has minimal impact on drainage systems, is less likely to generate trihalomethanes, and is highly safe. Important The source water must be either tap water that complies with the "Water Quality Standards Ordinance" based on Article 4, Paragraph 2 of the Water Supply Act (Law No. 177 of 1957) or well water that meets drinking water standards.
