Ideal for measuring reducing impurity gases in high-purity gases and trace reducing gases in the atmosphere.
This is an ideal analyzer for measuring reducing impurity gases in high-purity gases and trace reducing gases in the atmosphere. It has made it possible to detect hydrogen at the ppb level, which could not be measured with conventional methods due to poor detection sensitivity. Additionally, by using the methane conversion method, trace amounts of CO that were previously measured with FID can now be measured with higher sensitivity using this analyzer by simply preparing carrier gas.
