After resolving several issues in the heterodyne processing system, real mode measurements were conducted. The real mode measurements allow for the selection of various conditions. In the standard optical system, long-duration measurements were performed, and the fluctuations were recorded. Displacement amounts and temperature variations were measured simultaneously.
