The MIPI generator SVO-03-MIPI is a camera emulation board that converts and outputs video signals input via USB 3.0 or HDMI into MIPI video signals. The recorded video on SVO-03-MIPI can be output to image processing devices like a camera module or CMOS image sensor. It is also possible to use CG video from a PC. Since MIPI signals can be output at video timings specified by the user, emulation of image sensors is possible. By allowing devices like ISPs to recognize video data from a PC as sensor video, development speed can be improved. This enables the development of image processing devices even when on-site shooting is difficult or while sensor development is ongoing.
