Introducing a case of implementing a dual-axis screw pump for the transport of fruits!
Here is an example of transporting fruits (peaches and strawberries) in the food sector. Fruits were being transported on a conveyor and crushed in a mixer, but this batch process took time, required space, and was also quite dirty. Therefore, a twin-screw pump with a screw conveyor was introduced. By increasing the inlet size, peaches and strawberries could be directly fed in and transported inline while being crushed. [Case Overview] - Purpose: To combine the roles of the conveyor and mixer into one machine and eliminate dirt - Model: Twin-screw pump, SQW type - Liquid Name: Fruits (peaches and strawberries) - Issues: The batch process took time, required space, and was visibly dirty - Improvements: By using a twin-screw pump with a screw conveyor and increasing the inlet size, peaches and strawberries could be directly fed in, eliminating the need for conveyor space and freeing up strategic space. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Features of the Dual-Axis Screw Pump (PAT) SQW Series** - Suitable for the transfer of very difficult fluids such as ultra-high viscosity liquids and cake-like substances with low moisture content. - Smooth transfer of ultra-high viscosity liquids such as dry materials with low moisture content. - By attaching a screw conveyor to the suction (inlet) side, ultra-high viscosity materials fed from above can be smoothly delivered to the pump chamber. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

In 1980, we received a request to "extract expensive raw materials that remain at the bottom of a drum to the very bottom." This led us to focus on high-suction vane pumps and begin research and development. Since then, we have developed the V-type vane automatic pressure regulation mechanism and our current main product, the SQ-type dual-screw pump. We have also developed small vane pumps. For the dual-screw pump, we introduced unique features such as a slide bar for smooth disassembly and cleaning (PAT), a slide bar docking system, paddles to prevent bridging, and the SQW-type equipped with a screw conveyor for transferring ultra-high viscosity materials (PAT). Additionally, we created the VQ-type deforming pump with a defoaming function that achieves both defoaming and liquid transfer simultaneously, and the BQ-type blending pump with stirring capabilities that mixes multiple liquids while transferring them. We have continuously developed innovative technologies through unique ideas and brought them to market. We are committed to tackling "challenges that are deemed impossible by common sense" head-on, and we are confident that our mission is to create "unique products that truly benefit our customers." Moving forward, we will actively challenge our customers' difficult requests and continue to develop one-of-a-kind products. Our customers' needs are the source of power for us at FUKKO.
