Stainless steel (SUS304) machined with arc grooves.
This product is a production technology jig (FA equipment) for manufacturing automotive parts. This product is machined from block material using a 5-axis machining center. It features an arc groove with a width of 1.4 mm, and since there is no allowance for clamping, the jig was manufactured for processing. Our company also possesses technologies for manufacturing from jigs depending on the machining shape. At Namihashi Manufacturing, we have numerous 5-axis machining capabilities, allowing us to respond relatively quickly even for 3D-shaped products (as short as about 2 weeks). Additionally, we have implemented a semi-automated 3D quoting system, enabling quick quote responses. This particular project was a request for machining from a block, but if the quantity is large, we can also accommodate with castings (we can also respond from raw materials). If you have any such concerns, please feel free to contact us. What kind of issues are you facing? ◎ I want to process a three-dimensional shape ◎ I don't have any drawings ◎ There is no delivery time, it's urgent ◎ I want to consolidate welding, casting, and surface treatment ◎ I want to reduce processing man-hours and lower costs ◎ There are many scratches on the aluminum... Leave such worries to us! Please contact us first!!

Three Reasons Why Imabashi Manufacturing is Chosen 1. Complex Shape Machining By uniquely utilizing 3D CAD/CAM for 5-axis machining, we excel in thin-walled machining and complex shape processing, particularly in the field of prototype development with a wide variety of small lot products. 2. Abundant Experience and Track Record Our company has extensive experience and a proven track record in prototype development using difficult-to-machine materials such as Inconel, Hastelloy, titanium, and other heat-resistant alloys. (Including automotive development, medical devices, aerospace, energy-related fields, universities, and many others) As a reference, about 70% of our production consists of small lot products of around 1 to 5 pieces, while the remaining 30% consists of lot products of around 100 to 200 pieces. Please consult us regarding lot sizes. 3. Short Lead Time Response We respond to prototype development, small to medium lots, and mass production with appropriate quality and short lead times. Depending on the material and the congestion of the production line, we can particularly respond immediately for SS, A5052, and SUS304.
