Medical polymer with the same properties and performance as PLLA polymer.
"Poly-D-lactic acid (PDLA)" is obtained by using lactide (the cyclic dimer of lactic acid) as a monomer and performing ring-opening polymerization. It has the same properties and performance as PLLA polymer and can be substituted for PLLA, so it is rarely used alone. When PLLA and stereo complex (scPLA) are formed, phenomena such as an increase in melting point and improvement in mechanical properties occur, leading to ongoing research and development of scPLA. Our BioDegmer is produced in facilities compliant with ISO 13485, can be processed into a wide variety of shapes, and is used in a broad range of applications in the medical field. [Features] ■ Has the same properties and performance as PLLA polymer ■ Flexible processing characteristics ■ Capable of being processed into various shapes ■ Properties: Crystallinity, transparency, heat resistance (when stereo complexed) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
