The ACML-7400 is a multi-channel high-speed CMOS digital isolator. These CMOS digital isolators utilize magnetic coupling through a thick insulation barrier, enabling high-speed transmission without compromising insulation performance. They also support a maximum propagation delay of 36 ns and a maximum pulse width distortion of 3 ns.
