【Operating Procedure】 1. Adjust the brightness and darkness filters to remove reflections and shadows. 2. If it is necessary to calculate the average color value based on multiple analyses, increase the sample size. 3. Define the scale range, acceptable range, and unacceptable range at color value intervals that align with product and quality control requirements. Save the settings in a template for later reference. 4. Execute the analysis. 5. The analysis calculates the average color value of the samples. If the values are within the acceptable range, they are displayed in green. If they are close to the unacceptable range, they are displayed in yellow, and if they fall within the unacceptable range, they are displayed in red. 6.
