【Operating Procedure】 1. Place the sample against a bright background. If necessary, use backlighting to eliminate shadows or reflections. 2. Execute the analysis. 3. Adjust the settings according to quality control requirements and save the settings to a template for later use/recall. Execute a new analysis if needed. 4. The analysis will calculate the average, median, and standard deviation of the length and width of all identified shapes, and a graph of the results will be created. The analysis will also include the object count within the reported range and the total count of objects. 5. Clicking on an object will display its measurements or exclude it from the analysis. 6.
