Detailed explanations of knowledge and considerations regarding zinc plating, as well as lesser-known techniques for internal plating processes, which are helpful for extending the lifespan of products!
This document provides detailed information on the basics of electro-galvanizing and the technology of internal surface treatment. It may be possible to apply rust prevention treatment to areas or product shapes that were previously thought to be impossible to coat or where coating was given up due to their characteristics. 【Contents (excerpt)】 ■ Basics of electro-galvanizing ■ Considerations for electro-galvanizing ■ What is the sacrificial corrosion protection effect of zinc? ■ The necessity of internal coating ■ Products using auxiliary anodes ■ Why was internal coating of bag structures and thin diameters difficult? ■ Scope of internal coating ■ Case studies for problem-solving ■ Importance of uniformity in film thickness *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Daiwa Excel Co., Ltd. has been primarily engaged in electric zinc plating for "complex-shaped" products, starting with the inner surface plating of fuel pipes for automobiles since its establishment. By creating plating jigs tailored to specific shapes, we accommodate the plating processing of complex-shaped products. Furthermore, we have established a mass production line for "electric zinc-nickel alloy plating" to better meet our customers' needs. The inner surface processing technology we have developed so far has accumulated know-how, enabling us to prevent rust on the inner surfaces (inside and both sides) of pipe-shaped and bag-structured products. We have received positive feedback from customers regarding quality improvement and cost reduction, such as material changes proposed through VA (Value Analysis) from SUS material to more easily processed steel. We aim for further improvement in our technical capabilities and will continue to "challenge" ourselves without being bound by conventional ideas.
