With Mmemus technology, it is possible to create fine hole shapes! It enables three-dimensional structures without corner rounding.
"EmMemus" is a completely new method that combines unique plating technology with MEMS technology, allowing for the high-precision fabrication of molds for fine holes and microchannels. Not only round shapes, but also square, triangular, and convex shapes can be created. Additionally, by creating the plating in a rod shape, it can also be made to resemble a flow channel. We have received inquiries for various finely processed molds, such as molds for medical microchannel chips and molds with irregularities of about 15μm in diameter. [Features] ■ Capable of mass-producing fine hole shapes ■ Achievements with hole diameters down to 5μm ■ Can create structures with sharp edges at right angles ■ Can be created on customer-specified substrates - Proven results on ceramic (aluminum nitride) substrates and copper substrates *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company primarily specializes in surface treatment through ultra-precision plating. Among our offerings, the lens molds, ultra-thick films, and electroless nickel plating "Hainop" have a proven track record of over 20 years. Additionally, by applying appropriate pre-treatment, we can achieve thick plating on difficult-to-plate materials such as carbide, titanium, glass, and ceramics while maintaining adhesion that withstands processing. We welcome inquiries such as, "Can you plate on such base materials?" Please feel free to contact us.
