We can accommodate mass production for additional processing! Please consult us with any concerns such as "the mold has suddenly changed" or "we need a specific daily production quantity for mass production."
At Hayabusa Manufacturing, we accommodate additional processing from one piece to mass production quantities. For mass production, we use machining for processing. Since the daily production quantity and dimensional accuracy are stable, we can ensure reliable delivery. 【Common Concerns When Requesting Additional Processing】 - The mold has been changed unexpectedly. - I would like to request additional processing for a few months as a stopgap. - A daily production quantity that matches mass production is needed. Initially, we will issue a rough estimate after receiving the 3D data and specifications before and after the changes. After reviewing the molded products and considering whether we can process according to the customer's requests, we will issue a detailed estimate. When issuing the detailed estimate, we will summarize the issues and improvements in writing and with photos before presenting the cost, allowing for a satisfactory progression of additional processing. ★ You will first check the additional processing status of the advance shipment, and if there are no issues, we will proceed with the work.
