At Tohoku Ueno, which operates the transport packaging guide website, we are making proposals to improve loading efficiency and work efficiency for existing boxes (trays). We received requests from customers asking if we could propose improvements to transport and handling efficiency for existing pallets. However, through simulations, we realized that the weight of the tray itself is also an issue when storing sheet metal parts, leading us to propose changes in the material of the box (tray) as well as suggestions for improving loading efficiency.
