This is a case study of a custom product made for a pharmaceutical factory: "SUS304 Wide Mouth Funnel 300φ × Outlet 120φ, Plate Thickness 0.8t." "We are having trouble because the current funnel has a small outlet of 50φ, which makes discharge time-consuming and cumbersome." "We were told by our usual processing shop that they couldn't make a hopper because it was too difficult." To address these issues, we increased the outlet size to 120φ and manufactured it using sheet metal (by hand). We prioritized lightweight design and produced it with a plate thickness of 0.8t. It is light and easy to handle, receiving positive feedback from women.
