An overview of centrifuges, including the structure and principles of decanter-type dehydrators, as well as issues and more!
This document covers "Centrifugal Separation." Our company developed the straight-cylinder centrifugal dehydrator "Wizard Press" in 2000 using proprietary technology to compensate for the shortcomings of decanter-type dehydrators and significantly improve dehydration efficiency. We introduce an overview of centrifugal separators, the structure and principles of decanter-type dehydrators, and their issues using diagrams and illustrations. [Contents (Excerpt)] ■1. Overview of Centrifugal Separators ■2. Structure and Principles of Decanter-Type Dehydrators ■3. Issues with Decanter-Type Dehydrators ■4. Development of a New Horizontal Centrifugal Dehydrator for Organic Sludge ■5. Further Improvements to Straight-Cylinder Dehydrators *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We are putting into practical use unique technologies that lead the world, such as cylindrical centrifuge dehydrators and nano-dispersing bead mills. The cylindrical dehydrator efficiently dewaters organic sludge by employing a cylindrical bowl and a tapered conveyor, simultaneously applying centrifugal and compressive forces right up to the moment of cake discharge to reduce the cake moisture content. The nano-dispersing bead mill adopts a bead separation method using centrifugal separation and a slit method, allowing for the use of microbeads as small as 15 microns to several millimeters, enabling wet grinding and wet dispersion processing from micron sizes to nanoparticles. These products are utilized in various fields such as environmental equipment, chemical machinery, industrial machinery, and pharmaceutical manufacturing machinery, meeting our customers' expectations.
