It is an air-driven hydraulic pump. It can be adapted for explosion-proof specifications.
This is a hydraulic pump driven by compressed air (0.2 to 0.6 MPa). The output is equivalent to 1.1 to 1.5 kW, and there are 16 types of discharge pressures ranging from 9 to 150 MPa. It is optimal as a hydraulic source in areas with explosion hazards. Additionally, it can drive portable hydraulic equipment used as emergency equipment by utilizing compressed air cylinders. The structure is a double-acting plunger pump that boosts pressure based on the area ratio of the piston on the pneumatic side to that on the hydraulic side. The automatic reciprocating motion of the piston is achieved by the pneumatic control valves at both ends of the stroke sending a reversal signal, allowing for continuous discharge. When the hydraulic pressure reaches the maximum operating pressure, the pump stops, and air consumption drops to zero; when the hydraulic pressure decreases, it automatically restarts to maintain the maximum pressure. It consumes little air and can omit components such as relief valves, unload valves, and pressure-holding circuits in the hydraulic system, making it economical. It can be combined with a pneumatic-driven seat valve to form a standard hydraulic unit.
