When the aluminum separation drum built into this device is rotated at high speed, the magnetic field on the surface of the drum rapidly alternates between the north and south poles, generating a powerful rotating magnetic field. When materials such as aluminum or copper pass through this field, eddy currents are generated, and through the interaction between these eddy currents and the magnetic field, aluminum and copper can be propelled forward.
