We will introduce the concept of gas vent installation. It is important to remove the gas generated inside the heating tube before it enters the product section of the mold, specifically by providing vents at the "directly below the sprue" or "runner end" to eliminate the gas. The top priority is directly below the sprue. The nozzle tip of the molding machine is where gas concentrates, making it the most effective point for the resin to collide first. If gas cannot be completely removed directly below the sprue, it should be installed at the runner end. If gas is still not fully eliminated, it can be installed in the product section.
