"Gas Tose" refers to products equipped with gas vent (air vent) functions such as ejector pins and core pins. The impetus for its creation was a request for cost reduction due to an increase in the delivery quantity of molds transferred from another company. When we produced 24 pieces, pinholes occurred in the outer 12 pieces. Even after trying to improve the situation by adding many vents to the cavity, there was no effect, so we decided to realize the concept we had been considering for some time: "venting gas from inside the ejector pins." After many repeated failures, we finally completed it.
