Super heat-resistant rubber can be used at maximum contact temperatures of up to 300°C. It can be used in temperature environments that conventional rubber materials could not withstand.
Under an ambient temperature of 270°C, there is little impact from oxidative degradation even after 300 hours, and it maintains sufficient rubber elasticity. It also exhibits excellent temperature dependence, so it maintains stable rubber hardness even with temperature fluctuations during use. Our company offers various heat-resistant rubbers, and this is currently the rubber with the highest heat resistance. It is provided as rubber rolls, but we will consider requests for pressed products if needed.
