Before the improvement, when adding mist oil to the cutting machine, we had to hold a pail can and transfer the mist oil to the oil jug, which caused the mist oil to spill on the floor and the pail can itself to get dirty. Additionally, there were two types of mist oil, "AML-3" and "AML-4," but they were placed haphazardly, making them difficult to identify. To address these issues, we purchased "Kokkun" and created "Kurukuru Kokkun." We visualized the types of mist oil using text and color, and it can also accommodate spare mist oil. By rotating the handle, it can also handle small amounts of remaining mist oil. If the striped plate in the oil jug's drip tray gets dirty, it can be removed and wiped clean.
