Powerfully crush at low speed! We offer a range of models to meet the needs of various fields.
The "Hard Crusher" is a product that demonstrates powerful crushing force with its unique helical cutter. Due to the scissor-like action of the rotating and fixed blades, it exhibits strong and reliable shearing force. It is capable of crushing all types of soft materials such as plastics, rubber, fibers, and paper, as well as hard materials like wood and some metals. Additionally, by simply setting a screen with hole sizes corresponding to the required particle size, it ensures a freely adjustable and uniform crushed product particle size. 【Features】 ■ Powerful crushing force ■ High-efficiency cutting with large processing capacity ■ Clean crushed products ■ No need to worry about heat ■ Low noise and low vibration, environmentally friendly *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
About 70 years ago, the founder, Kei Bun Suzuki, saw the "scrap materials" piled up in a corner of a plastic factory and thought, "What a waste. Is there any way to reuse this?" At that time, during the post-war economic recovery period, while plastic products were being continuously produced, a large amount of plastic scrap was being discarded as a matter of course. Amidst this, Suzuki went through trial and error and, after much effort, finally succeeded in developing a unique "shear-type crushing technology." Today, we often hear the terms "environmental issues" and "recycling," but in the 1950s, there were virtually no people interested in "effective resource utilization." Perhaps that is why they were able to focus sincerely and solely on honing their technology. Thus, they created a number of groundbreaking products that contributed widely to industry and society. They continued to improve their technology and ultimately grew into a one-of-a-kind company with top-level technological know-how in the two fields of "crushers" and "shredders," leading the world.
