Regulating the discharge of long materials with a slanted hole screen! Low noise and low vibration runner-type crusher.
The "P Series" is a low-noise, low-vibration runner and defective product crusher that uses a helical cutting method. It features an innovative helical cutter and fixed blades that enable sharp cutting. It generates minimal powder and fine particles, allowing for clean cutting of soft materials, including runners and hot runners. Additionally, even with repeated grinding, it consistently maintains the outer diameter, ensuring stable processing capacity and particle size. 【Features】 ■ Adopts a unique screen support structure ■ Easy screen replacement and cleaning of the crushing chamber ■ Minimal generation of powder and fine particles ■ Adjustable rotating blade for forward and backward movement ■ Stable processing capacity and particle size at all times *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
About 70 years ago, the founder, Kei Bun Suzuki, saw the "scrap materials" piled up in a corner of a plastic factory and thought, "What a waste. Is there any way to reuse this?" At that time, during the post-war economic recovery period, while plastic products were being continuously produced, a large amount of plastic scrap was being discarded as a matter of course. Amidst this, Suzuki went through trial and error and, after much effort, finally succeeded in developing a unique "shear-type crushing technology." Today, we often hear the terms "environmental issues" and "recycling," but in the 1950s, there were virtually no people interested in "effective resource utilization." Perhaps that is why they were able to focus sincerely and solely on honing their technology. Thus, they created a number of groundbreaking products that contributed widely to industry and society. They continued to improve their technology and ultimately grew into a one-of-a-kind company with top-level technological know-how in the two fields of "crushers" and "shredders," leading the world.
