Achieving low noise with low-speed rotation and inclined blades! An innovative crushing machine with sharp cutting edges and rotating blades.
The "SR Series" is a grinding machine for soft materials that offers clean granularity and low noise. It achieves low noise through low-speed rotation and inclined blades. The innovative rotating blades with sharp edges produce clean crushed products with minimal powder and fine particles. The rotating blades are adjustable for forward and backward movement, ensuring that the outer diameter is always maintained even after repeated grinding, resulting in stable processing capacity and granularity. In addition, we also handle the "ZI Series." 【Features】 ■ Achieves low noise with low-speed rotation and inclined blades ■ Produces clean crushed products with minimal powder and fine particles ■ Smooth screen replacement and blade exchange/adjustment ■ Rotating blades are adjustable for forward and backward movement ■ Maintains outer diameter consistently even after repeated grinding *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

About 70 years ago, the founder, Kei Bun Suzuki, saw the "scrap materials" piled up in a corner of a plastic factory and thought, "What a waste. Is there any way to reuse this?" At that time, during the post-war economic recovery period, while plastic products were being continuously produced, a large amount of plastic scrap was being discarded as a matter of course. Amidst this, Suzuki went through trial and error and, after much effort, finally succeeded in developing a unique "shear-type crushing technology." Today, we often hear the terms "environmental issues" and "recycling," but in the 1950s, there were virtually no people interested in "effective resource utilization." Perhaps that is why they were able to focus sincerely and solely on honing their technology. Thus, they created a number of groundbreaking products that contributed widely to industry and society. They continued to improve their technology and ultimately grew into a one-of-a-kind company with top-level technological know-how in the two fields of "crushers" and "shredders," leading the world.
