Carbeck Wheel Rotation Polishing Machine Max Spin
CARVEK Wheel Rotating Polishing Machine MAXPIN
A wheel rotary polishing machine equipped with a high-power drive motor that delivers overwhelming rotational speed and polishing torque.
Repurposing a large lathe that can accommodate wheels is quite challenging when it comes to equipment installation. It seems that some businesses modify wheel balancers used during tire changes to utilize them as polishing machines, but since the motor of the balancer is not designed to produce high torque, it easily stops when a strong force is applied to hold the wheel. Therefore, MAXPIN is a dedicated machine specifically designed for the rotational polishing of automobile and motorcycle wheels.

Rim polishing finish after wheel correction
Detailed information
-
When repairing wheels of cars and motorcycles, there are methods such as filling scratches with aluminum putty and painting over them, or conversely, using a grinder to fix the damaged and worn areas. However, for more serious repairs that take into account strength and finish, the damaged areas are welded, or a combination of hydraulic pressing and welding is used to reshape them. When performing such repairs, it becomes very difficult to shape the weld bead that has been added during welding into a natural form. Grinding or filing the outer circumference of a round rim can easily lead to an uneven edge line, making it look unnatural, even with great care. Especially when polishing the rim, slight unevenness in the repaired areas can cause the gloss to become uneven, increasing the difficulty of the task even further. Some businesses have modified wheel balancers used during tire changes to serve as polishing machines, but the motors in balancers are not designed to produce high torque, so applying strong pressure to hold the wheel can easily cause them to stop. Therefore, MAXPIN is a dedicated machine specifically designed for the rotational polishing of car and motorcycle wheels.
