25 million pixels, high-speed frame rate of 150 fps, compact CXP camera with NIR model also available in the lineup.
The VCC-25CXPHS series is a CoaXPress camera that supports shooting at 25 million pixels. Maintaining the features of conventional models such as compact size, high resolution, and long-distance transmission, it achieves a high frame rate of up to 150 fps (CXP-12, 8-bit), allowing for clear capture of fast-moving workpieces. It is well-suited for applications requiring long-distance transmission, such as appearance inspection of LCDs, substrates, and semiconductor wafers, as well as measurement, robot vision, drone mounting, and research and observation. The NIR (near-infrared) model is expected to be applied in inspection applications for detecting items that cannot be identified under visible light, such as bruises on fruit, capacity checks inside opaque containers, and facial recognition under sunglasses. 【Features】 - Supports 25 million pixels and high-speed output of up to 150 fps - Global shutter type, CMOS sensor - C-mount compatible with a sensor size of 1.1 inches - CXP-12×4, CXP-12×1 - Video output via DIN connector - Equipped with functions necessary for FA applications: external trigger, ROI, defective pixel correction, shading correction, binning (monochrome only), black level correction, gamma correction, etc. - Option to choose with or without heat sink
