The A0040A Optical Noise Analyzer is a comprehensive optical frequency noise analysis solution that integrates the optical frequency noise measurement capabilities with the functions of the A0020A Laser Linewidth Measurement System. By combining the functions of the A0020A Laser Linewidth Measurement System, it enables a seamless transition from traditional linewidth measurement to laser optical frequency noise measurement.
