At Tojo Manufacturing, we perform surface mounting using the YAMAHA mount 'YSM10'. We can accommodate board sizes from 50mm x 50mm to 510mm x 460mm (the printing machine is 380mm x 330mm). Additionally, through machine mounting, we can achieve high-precision and high-speed mounting even during mass production. Regarding component procurement, we always keep chip resistors and chip ceramic capacitors in stock, and we can also procure and purchase items that are not in our internal inventory or other components. 【Features】 ■ Since the mounting is done by machine, mass production can be done stably and at high speed (provided that components are arranged in reels or trays). ■ The incorporation of small electronic components allows for miniaturization and weight reduction of the circuit board. ■ The wiring length of the printed circuit board is shortened, enabling faster circuits. ■ Unlike insertion mounting, it does not require holes (through-holes). ■ Since electrodes are simply soldered to pads, it can accommodate high-density boards that utilize both sides of the circuit board. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
