【Manufacturing Process Details】 1. Order Reception - Even without drawings, it is possible to create a die for products that fit in a box or based on a box sample. 2. Design - Specialized staff design the shape and design of the box according to customer requests and create drawings. 3. Sample Cutting - Sample cutting is performed based on the drawings to capture the box's issues in a more three-dimensional and visual manner. 4. Programming - Based on the completed drawings, data for the die is created to match the customer's box-making machine. 5. Laser Cutting - Data is transferred to the laser cutting machine to process grooves for blades and score lines on the plywood. 6. Molding - Blades and score lines are processed according to the product's shape and embedded into the laser-cut plywood. - For flat sheets, a 150-ton press is used to sink the blades (ensuring no height variation in the blades). 7. Finishing - Sponge, cork, etc., are attached to key areas of the die, such as around the blades and score lines. → Measures to prevent vibration and score cracking are also possible. 8. Inspection - Thorough inspections, including trial cuts using a 150-ton press, are conducted. 9.
