Easily grasp the condition of equipment without prior knowledge! Measurement and analysis with accuracy equivalent to that of vibration sensors.
"AMADIS" is a unique measurement device that can diagnose the condition of dynamic machinery by measuring sound. Since it measures sound, it allows for an intuitive and quantitative evaluation of the condition of equipment that has previously been diagnosed using a stethoscope. Additionally, it is designed to allow for tag settings for each measurement target, enabling comparisons between sounds measured in the past and the current sound for the same measurement target, as well as monitoring changes (trends) in the measured sound. 【Features】 ■ Versatility: Measurement and diagnosis using a microphone ■ Safety: Capable of measuring only the sound waves from the necessary parts from a distance of 2 meters (for AMADIS-01 only) ■ High precision: Measurement and analysis possible with accuracy comparable to that of vibration sensors ■ Simplicity: Easy to understand the condition of the equipment without prior knowledge ■ Winner of the 2015 TPM Excellent Product Award Development Award *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
