This product is a coil bobbin made of glass epoxy (Galaepo) used in transmitters. By machining fine threads on the pipe and the ring, they can be integrated. A coil bobbin is a cylindrical (or polygonal) tube that is used to wind wires and create coils, made from a resin with electrical insulation properties. Depending on the application, the thickness of the wire and the number of turns may vary, but by using the hand lay-up method, it is possible to freely design the inner diameter and wall thickness, allowing for various applications of coil bobbins. Additionally, we can accommodate precision requirements for processes such as grooving, threading, and drilling of the bobbins.
