Introducing low-pressure casting technology that pours aluminum from the bottom of the sand mold! Compared to traditional gravity casting, it enables the production of high-quality castings! It can also accommodate complex shapes!

Traditionally, cast products have been plagued by issues such as quality variation and the occurrence of casting defects due to gas retention. This is particularly true for complex shapes like engine and transmission components, where many machines require high-quality castings. To overcome these challenges, our company has applied low-pressure casting technology, commonly used in mass production casting with molds, to sand casting. This technology can also accommodate thick and thin processing, which is difficult with traditional gravity casting. Additionally, we own over 15 low-pressure casting machines, allowing us to handle mass production projects. We have achieved a unique casting method that controls the pressurized molten metal into the sand mold using a computer.
