A smart lock that can be opened and closed with a smartphone app. It uses Bluetooth communication, making it strong in offline environments.
The power source is four AA batteries, and it is an electronic lock that does not require a power supply. After the initial setup, it only uses Bluetooth for short-range communication, so it can be installed without Wi-Fi as a facility. It can be used with peace of mind even in emergencies such as power outages. The dedicated app provides two modes: one for administrators and one for residents, supporting the site. ■ Administrator Mode ■ For restoration work, cleaning, and entry during tenant placement, the administrator can issue time-limited keys from the PC app, allowing for automatic history management, eliminating the need for physical key handovers or loan records. ■ Resident Mode ■ Residents can register their own smartphones and IC cards (such as transportation IC cards) with the lock. They can also share time-limited duplicate keys with third-party smartphones.
