"Plashel" is a new material that combines eggshells with resin. Depending on the product, the type of resin and the blending ratio can be adjusted, making it possible to use as an alternative to various petroleum-based resin products currently available. Since it contains eggshell antibacterial agents, it can be used hygienically. Additionally, in our microplastic reduction initiative, we are also engaging with municipalities and organizations through activities such as community-wide litter picking and cleaning efforts. 【Features】 ■ More than 51% of eggshells and eggshell antibacterial agents are blended into the resin using a special manufacturing method. ■ The eggshells are safely processed daily at domestic egg-breaking factories in Japan. ■ Effectively utilizes eggshells that were previously incinerated. ■ Can be used as an alternative to petroleum-based resin products. ■ There are implementation results in the cafeterias of certain major companies. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
