The automatic nesting module is an option for the CAD/CAM "Naska SQ Laser" for laser processing machines. The automatic nesting module allows for part-in-part nesting in a real shape. By simply setting the parts to be processed and the sheet, it instantly arranges the parts on the material. It also places parts in holes while considering the area of the parts, thereby reducing waste of the cut material. ■ High-speed, high-yield automatic nesting By using part-in-part nesting, parts are automatically placed inside holes, achieving a high yield rate. This maximizes the use of materials. ■ Additional nesting Additional nesting can be performed on scrap areas. Parts can be added without moving the original nesting results. ■ Syntax check It checks for invalid codes within the NC code.
