We will create 3D data (reverse engineering) of parts without drawings using laser scanners and X-ray CT devices, and conduct modeling and evaluation of the printed products using 3D printers (resin & metal). The details of the service process are as follows: 【Process 1】 Acquire external 3D shape data with a laser scanner and internal 3D shape data with an X-ray CT device. For areas with strict accuracy requirements, a three-dimensional measuring machine will be used. 【Process 2】 Perform modeling on the acquired 3D shape data. 【Process 3】 Conduct modeling using 3D printers (resin & metal). Surface treatment and machining after modeling are also possible. 【Process 4】 Measure the dimensions of the modeled object, conduct physical property tests, non-destructive inspections, and tissue observations, and provide feedback to the previous process. It is possible to perform 3D modeling of metal materials at a low cost using a new type of device. Comparative evaluations with metal samples created using other methods (such as crystal analysis and residual stress measurement) can also be conducted. We also conduct various evaluations necessary for the consideration and introduction of 3D printers, including dimensional measurements, strength tests, durability tests, environmental tests, and compositional analysis of the modeled objects.
