Roll-to-roll embossing on the original roll is available from 30,000 yen without the need for metal engraving rolls!
Traditionally, when applying embossing to roll materials in an endless manner, it was common to engrave a metal roll and use that metal engraved roll for processing. In our company, instead of using the metal engraved roll, we apply a specially configured template to the metal roll to perform the embossing. While there are design constraints, unlike the traditional processing that applies pressure across the entire surface of the item, we can apply pressure only to the necessary areas, allowing us to process items with high cushioning properties that require resilience. When processing paper, it results in a "watermark" effect. In addition to embossing, it is also possible to perform embossing transfer processing using heat transfer foil.
