Wet magnetic separation machine "Clear Metal" for separating and recovering arsenic contained in soil.
Wet Magnetic Separator "Clear Metal"
Separating and recovering special iron powder adsorbed with arsenic (heavy metal) using a wet magnetic separation machine to purify contaminated soil.
Complete purification of arsenic contained in contaminated soil (according to soil contamination countermeasures law standards) contributes to cost reduction through purification treatment using a wet magnetic separation machine. Odessa Technos' contaminated soil purification treatment system mixes contaminated soil with special iron powder and circulating water, then crushes and classifies it before separating and recovering the special iron powder adsorbed with arsenic (heavy metals) using a wet magnetic separation machine. After purification, it can be reused as purified soil (treated soil). The special iron powder used in magnetic separation can be reused repeatedly after recovery, contributing to cost reduction in contaminated soil treatment.

Odessa Technos Co., Ltd. conducts a comprehensive recycling business focused on the "Odessa System (granulation and solidification)" that recycles sludge while retaining its moisture, thereby reducing environmental impact. Leveraging our technological capabilities developed through sludge treatment technology and years of expertise in sludge recycling, we have developed Japan's first heavy metal contaminated soil purification treatment system using a "wet magnetic separator," aimed at completely purifying arsenic contained in naturally occurring contaminated soil to below the standards set by the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act. This new system mixes special iron powder and circulating water with air bubbles in the contaminated soil, allowing for the adsorption, washing, and classification of arsenic (heavy metals) onto the special iron powder. After this process, the wet magnetic separator separates and recovers the special iron powder that has adsorbed arsenic (heavy metals), achieving complete purification. The recovered special iron powder can be reused repeatedly, thus reducing treatment costs and environmental impact.
