"Spirion" is an electrostatic water activation device that collects static electricity generated by the friction of water flowing through plastic pipes and channels it to aluminum and carbon electrodes attached to the outside of the pipes, radiating it into the water. We would like to introduce a case where "Spirion" was installed in a dishwashing machine within a hospital. [Before Installation] Chemical cleaning is performed every month, but due to high silica hardness, it has not been completely removed. [After Installation] The crystalline scale after installing Spirion is in an amorphous state and is finely crystalline.
