It is designed to leverage the properties of plastic, featuring low pressure loss and strong resistance to corrosive liquids such as acids and alkalis. The materials can be selected and manufactured from PVC (60°C), PP (80°C), PP-HT (100°C), and PVDF (120°C) according to the fluid and temperature conditions being processed. Additionally, it possesses high buckling strength due to the use of a special welding method and corrugated plates.
