To prevent damage accidents! Before construction, check the rebar condition and cover thickness of the concrete structure.
"Reinforcement Detection of Concrete Structures" allows for the confirmation of the reinforcement condition and cover thickness of existing concrete structures before any modifications are made, in order to prevent accidents such as rebar cutting or damage to embedded objects. There are two types of detection methods: electromagnetic wave radar method and electromagnetic induction method, which are selected based on the cover thickness and the target objects. [Features] ■ It is possible to confirm the reinforcement condition and cover thickness of concrete structures before construction. ■ There are two types of detection methods: electromagnetic wave radar method and electromagnetic induction method. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Exploration Methods】 ■ Electromagnetic Wave Radar Method: Capable of detecting embedded objects (rebar, steel frames, piping) within concrete, as well as the thickness of concrete members and voids. - Exploration is possible up to a depth of approximately 300mm. - The approximate cover thickness can be confirmed (affected by moisture content). - Detection of non-metallic pipes such as PVC is also possible (may not be detectable in some cases). - Estimation of rebar diameter cannot be performed. ■ Electromagnetic Induction Method: Suitable for shallow cover, capable of estimating rebar position, cover thickness, and rebar diameter up to a depth of about 80mm. - Rebar up to approximately 80mm deep can be confirmed with high precision. - Non-metallic conduits and voids cannot be detected (may be detectable in some cases). - Exploration can be conducted without being affected by the moisture content of the concrete. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
