This is a case study on the introduction of eco-board pallets that address the issues of wooden pallets.
We received a request to change from wooden pallets to paper pallets. Shipping wooden pallets overseas requires fumigation treatment to prevent the invasion of non-native species, and there is also a drying process to reduce moisture, making them unavailable for immediate use. Additionally, there is a risk of mold growth, and managing inventory in the factory's storage space incurs costs, leading to various issues that can result in complaints. To address these problems, we have adopted eco-board pallets, which do not require drying and comply with regulations for overseas transportation. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Our company manufactures and sells paper pallets called "Eco Board Pallets" and paper packaging materials. These are environmentally friendly new pallets that serve as alternatives to wooden and plastic pallets. Despite being made of paper, they achieve remarkable strength through a special structure, allowing for the stacking and loading of heavy items that traditional cardboard pallets struggle with. There is no need for fumigation treatment required for overseas transport with wooden pallets. They can withstand high-temperature and high-humidity environments, making them suitable for container transport. Custom designs are possible, allowing us to propose pallets in optimal sizes, contributing to improved transport efficiency. Disposal is easy, and they can be 100% recycled as waste paper. We aim to assist with initiatives related to the "SDGs," "White Logistics" through palletization, and solving the logistics "2024 problem" through Eco Board Pallets.
