The "Mini-CUBE Series (MAIRS)" is a tabletop clean dry air generation device that can supply air with a dew point of -70°C or lower. The product gas that meets the air cleanliness class 0:2:0 (JIS B 8392-1:2012) can be used for various applications such as analytical instruments, powder conveying, and preventing condensation in refrigeration units.
