The "EURO Series" is a press brake die that reduces costs due to its high durability and long lifespan. The cutting edge (forming processing part) is hardened to HRC 54° to 60°. Additionally, in wear experiments on the punch tip, the wear amount was reduced to about 1/4 of that of conventional dies at 12,600 bending cycles. Conic is changing the common sense of dies.
