Screen-type horizontal crusher
Features ■ Easy replacement of hammers and screens ■ Coarsely crushed raw materials (φ20×200L, within 50mm square) such as demolition materials and pruned branches are finely ground ■ The products can be used as biomass fuel or moisture adjustment materials ■ With screens, the particle size can be adjusted to preference (screen hole diameters range from φ5 to φ70) ■ The door can be opened and closed with butterfly bolts, making daily maintenance and replacement of hammers easy This is a secondary crusher designed to further reduce the size of pin chips that have been coarsely crushed from demolition materials. The crushed products are used as biomass fuel and moisture adjustment materials, among others. The raw materials fed into the machine collide with rotating hammers inside, and those that are smaller than the mesh size are discharged outside. The materials that do not exit continue to circulate inside, colliding with break bars and hammers, undergoing repeated impact crushing until they are smaller than the mesh size, after which they are discharged outside.
