In traditional labor-intensive deburring processes, secondary burrs (return burrs) occur on metals, making it difficult to remove them cleanly in one go. Additionally, for soft materials like resin, the burrs lack rigidity, causing them to escape from the tool when attempting to remove them, making effective removal challenging. The laser deburring machine "LDM series" operates non-contact with the workpiece, ensuring that the burrs do not escape and can be accurately targeted for removal. Compared to traditional deburring methods, which include rotary burrs or chamfering tools, as well as brushes, files, and sandpaper, the "LDM series" uses laser beams to remove burrs while forming edges through a corner shaping method.
