The performance verification of a rupture disk begins with the actual production of the rupture disk and its rupture. We empirically select materials with a plate thickness that meets the specifications, and then process that material into various forms, such as forming it into a dome, adding grooves, or making through-cuts. We then test the manufactured rupture disk by rupturing it to confirm whether it meets the specifications (performance). Once the tested rupture disk reaches a stage where it satisfies the specifications, we proceed to manufacture the product and the standard rupture test rupture disk.
