On the other hand, it is generally more effective for the lifespan of the product to set the operating pressure higher, creating a larger difference from the set pressure. Therefore, considering the difference between the burst pressure and the operating pressure, as well as the allowable tolerance of the rupture disk, the specific pressure is determined based on the design pressure of the container in which it will be installed.
