We would like to introduce our gas engine explosion vents, 'CV-I and CV-S-I types.' These vents feature a structure where a Teflon seal is sandwiched between two slotted disks made of 304 stainless steel (DIN standard 1.4301). The "CV-I" is specifically developed for high-temperature processes. It can operate at temperatures up to 600°C, significantly exceeding the maximum operating temperature of conventional vents, which is 260°C. The "CV-S-I" is equipped with vacuum support for the CV-I type.
